Lack of knowledge

What a bad experience I had with Caroline supervisor at Woolworths Broadacres, she always fails numerous times to help me load my vouchers on gift card 😡 and when I go to a different 1 I am assisted with no hustle. Yesterday again to load my vouchers she tells me they don’t use this method anymore and I’ve lost unfortunately how when other Woolworths can assist… train all your staff Woolworths this is total disrespect to your customers.
