Lack of INTEGRITY!! Poor service!!

I bought a shirts with waist belt online, it was delivered without the belt. When I called to enquire they offered me a partial refund 🥹 which I refused. They then said they will ask the guys at the warehouse to look for it!! Yesterday I got a call of them arranging a pick up!!!

This how I interpreted the whole scenario!!! They delivered this shirt knowing very well that it doesn’t have a waist belt hoping that I will settle for partial refund!!! Woolworths where is INTEGRITY!! Where is HONESTY!! TRANSPARENCY!!! I’m so disappointed and annoyed at the way my issue was handled!!! Entire Woolworths don’t have a white belt for the shirt I bought!!!!!
