Lack of feedback and poor customer service from MOA staff

I have never been so confused. There is a rewards system of which I was awarded 2 gift cards . But when I went to the store to redeem the staff there was incredibly rude . There is a lady who call Tsholo who really gave the worst attitude out all . She couldn't even explain exactly why I couldn't redeem it but said that it has been disconnected. How when I have a gift card number and pin .! She refused to even call head office . Clearly because I was not of a particular race I can't be assisted. I am so disappointed . I am done with your store shem . Never again
