Lack of customer service

On the 23rd October I bought two lunch box item for my daughter from the Woolworths store in vangate mall, I messaged them on Facebook on the 25th October after I received no reply via email, I was told to wait 3-5 working days for feedback they still haven’t gotten back to me even after I messaged again saying no response received the item I had fault with was the FC choc milk, when I opened it, there was a small hole Ontop and it had a sour smell and taste, this is alarming to me because had I not checked it my daughter would’ve had sour FC choc milk which is unhealthy. I do have pictures of this aswell as the slip which I’ve sent and up till now no response
