Lack of customer service

Itumeleng Tsie lacks customer service She insisted I go get the product I was looking for took her time to go check for the same product and came back telling me she couldn't locate the product on special I let her ring my goods and went back to the same spot she was looking and found the product and all she could say is I don't know where you looked when she's sitting opposite the fridges and I could tell by her walk she wasn't willing to assist. Your lack of customer service showed when you could keep talking to one of the client about personal stuff while we are on the queue.
