Lack of communication & wort online shop

I placed an order last week the 26/06/2025, for delivery, on the invoice it stated that it will be delivered on the 02/07/2025, I haven’t received my payment its a week now, yesterday when I contacted the call center I was told it would be delivered yesterday, to this date I have not received my parcel, no communication, as the last communication was when they send an invoice & I’m traveling tomorrow, I have advised that should they not deliver by the end of today they must just cancel, all the orders I placed last I have received them, why have an option to shop online but can’t deliver on time. Worst retail shop. My order: O***
