Lack of chairs for children

A rude arrogant customer had the audacity to tell me I have to ask him to use the chair as his wife that were not present at the time is using the chair. My child had no place to sit to sit to fit shoes. Why don't you cater for enough chairs then i don't have to deal with your rude majority costumers. Further to this you had 3 tills open with the queues very long today and one tills scanner was not working. Why do we have to settle for bad services every where
