Kids shoes

i went to Woolworth's to buy kids shoes. it has a sale ad written 20% off. when i got to the till the cashier told me it was not the shoes i bought that were on sale it was only the boots. i then said but why did they put sale ad on those shoes. they went and looked. they apologised and gave me 20% discount on those shoes. i was a happy customer
