Kgomotso's attitude and rudeness at Woolworth's Westgate, Roodepoort is unacceptable

I went to Woolworths on Friday afternoon ( please check the CCV camera) and was assisted by Kgomotso at till number 3 who doesn't know what customer service or care is... she does not comply to the standard of Woolworths , she was rude and had a bad attitude. Its my first time to receive such bad service from Woolworths staff member . To top it all I bought a liver normally they wrap it with a transparent plastic but she did not. Management please take Kgomotso to an Individual Learning Programme ... Woolworths staff member they don't behave like her ,before more damage is done. Thank You
