Kensington drive, Durban - BAD BAD !!!

Been to the Kensington drive store in Durban on 1 Sept . Only one till open and more than 6 customers in line. Asked them to open more till but was ignored and only after about 10 minutes a staff member indicated that the manager is in queue with his shopping and just ignored me and another 3 customer complaining.
