Keep ordering a shirt, it keeps arriving in the wrong size

Ordered a shirt to be sent to the Table Bay Mall via IBT, and twice now the wrong size was sent. The second time the sales people told me it's the correct size, and as I didn't have time to check I didn't (stupid me for thinking Woolworths employees won't lie straight to my face), so I bought it and got home only to see it's the wrong size.

I've sent countless Facebook messages and tried to call the branch, to no avail. Not a nice experience.
