Kaak service

I still haven't received my order. This is week 2 now, my order hasn't arrived. They've been telling me numerous times that this has been escalated but I feel like I wasted money for purchasing items from Woolworths online store. The service they giving to there loyal customers is beyond the word extremely bad service. I have never experienced this nonsense before with other stores, when buying online.
