Just not cool

It’s either the stuff is mistreated or they just don’t get trained for service because there is no way everyone is complaining that there is bad service and the stuff is not friendly and nothing is done the glen doesn’t even respond to some of the bad reviews on google.I was assisted by bonile and Lindiwe from the glen store, I always use a Standard Bank voucher but to my surprise only at the glen they don’t want to assist me even though I had my wife’s ID on my phone they telling me I should bring my wife,guys when we come to your store please do bare in mind that some of us are coming from far and we put petrol in this economy and still pay for parking at your mall only to get people not willing to etleast check or ask how something works it’s really not ok. She made the voucher for me while I was in store and sent me her ID copy We understand that in South Africa service is something that is scares and stores just don’t care but please maaan cumon.
