So on Saturday the 17th of April 2020 I visited Woolworths Mtata (Ngebs) to just buy some juice. After taking the juice I realized the queue was extremely long at Foods and decided to go at the clothing pay point, it was the same there. I then decided to leave without the juice as I was in a bit of a rush, left it at one of the aisles at Foods. As I was about to step out I overheard a male security asking his colleague at the door to ask me what I did with the juice, I immediately recalled that a male security guard at Foods had given me a funny look but couldn't understand why. I then told the guard at the entrance that she was more than welcome to search me but she declined, the male security came while I was there and said he just wanted to know where the juice I had was. I couldn't take those accusations and asked for a manager to be called, upon arrival I explained to him what had happened even had to walk all the way to the Foods department to show them where I had placed the juice, I felt so humiliated! *Mr Junior Menziwa (The Manager)*'s opening statement was *"ANDIMTHETHELELI"* meaning *"I'm not defending him"* referring to what the security had done, insinuating that what he did to me was acceptable. Alot of the team members and some clients who were in store know me very well because of my line of work. I've been a client to this brand for years and have never received such treatment, this is appalling and I don't know if I'll ever be able to visit the store again after treating like a "JUICE *****".
