janet wo was at the bakery section on the 12 Jan 2018-has no manners

on the 12 Jan, in the early evening 5 and after 6pm, went to Woolworths Cavendish square Cape town, i wanted cooked pumpkin, i could not see anyone on the floor to ask where can i find this pumpkin if they have any, so i saw this lady working behind the counter where there is pastry so i decided to ask her if they have cooked pumpkin and where can i find it, she gave me such a stinking attitude telling me cant i see this is the pastry section there cannot be pumpkin there...and i said i am very well aware this is pastry section but i did not ask or say to you i want to buy pumpkin from this section, i am asking you if there is in this shop and where can i look for it, she still asks me if there is no one on the floor that i can ask, so which part of i did not see anyone on the floor to ask did she not understand? and she was the only person visible that i could ask?? when i asked her ehat is her name( she did not have a name tag on, maybe that is why because she wants to give people bad attitude and nobody can get her namr) she asked me why i want her name i said because i want to address people with their names when i talk to them...she thought about it a bit and then said her name is Janet, maybe its not even her name....but i have told her that her attitude is bad, she must learn to speak to cutomers properly and listen to understand and not listen to just respond....she is a very short grown up coloured lady...Woolworths, please teach her some manners and customer service, if sh hates her job then she must resign, we come to the shop to buy not to deal with her bad attitude or her hatred for her job
