ITU THE BULLY FROM WOOLWORTHS

on the 19 of January 2026 i went to Woolworth's Rustenburg mall to make a quotation for my daughters trust fund. i was assisted by the line cashiers who did an amazing job and where very helpful, then came a time for them to call the supervisor or whatever her role is her name is ITU what a mannerless being, i hate the condescending tone she used to address me i don't know who she thinks she is, I am so disgusted it's a day later and the thought of her boils my blood , i male a quotation every year of over R6000 and i spend it in your store , that woman need customer service training or rather to be on the floor away from customers she has a vile mouth and a stinking attitude , even when the manager tried to intervene she kept on speaking over her manager she is a bully you can even see how the cashiers act around her she think she can bully every one , acting like she owns Woolworths she need to go work at shoprite with that vile services of hers she is in no way woolwoths standard what angers me the most is i left the store without an apology and she saw nothing wrong in her behavior the manager was helpful and well mannered . i expect something to be done because i will not let such go.
