It's Friday afternoon...

I have just been to Woolworths, Cavendish Square, Cape Town, food market, on a Friday afternoon, the end of the month, why are so few tills open at the "express" tills, I had 2 items, & out of approximately 10 tills, only 3 were open, then 1 of the cashier's disappears into thin air, I kept on shouting out, "why are so few tills open on a Friday afternoon?", I don't keep quiet, I speak my mind, I asked to see the store manager, when I complained to her, she said, "some of the tills are not working", how pathetic, it's not my problem, sort it out & make alternative arrangements.
