Items sold that was put aside

I was very disappointed when i ordered a trench coat and arranged to collect it on a specific day, just to arrive there and this lady sold the jacket without contacting me or consulting with the person who set it aside for me. What is the point of this service if u have *********** people just selling things that was put aside. Worst service ever.
