Items put on special but the store knows nothing

I visited the store today at Springs Mall as I saw an advert on line that school shoes were on a 50% discount. I drove to the mall and found a wonderful lady and I asked her if she knew anything about sale and she responded by saying that she doesn't know anything. Whilst standing there another lady came to enquire. I am disappointed to drive all the way to be informed that it's only online. I don't have the phone now to buy these school shoes
