Items don’t get delivered, WW doesn’t bother to reply

I ordered online and 1 item wasn’t delivered, while another arrived damaged and inedible. I emailed their customer services and their online shopping email addresses 7 times, and despite an initial acknowledgment that my issue would be addressed, I haven’t heard from them since. They owe me a refund and now can’t be bothered to reply. Shocking service.
