Item is not in the system

I bought a supersport shirt on the 25th July 2017,this shirt start changing the colour, I returned it to Canal walk store,they refused to take the shirt because is no longer in their system..there is definitely a quality problem on the shirt but why should it be my problem, item no. 11 ********** ********** 34
