ITC update

I last paid off my account last year in October, I even have paid up letter from mbd.. To my surprise today when I checked my credit profile I discovered the account still says I am owing woolworths. I even have the the last slip payment proof that I got from the store.

Please I have asked you even ast year to close the account and update ITC.
