ITC not updated!!!!!!!!!

I have paid up this account a year ago and Woolworths still has not closed this account with the credit bureaus!!! 1 YEAR AGO!! You are messing with my name and credit!!! If this is not updated today i am takign this further!!! I want a call to let me know that it has been done TODAY!!! INCOMPETENCE
