ITC not removed
<p dir="ltr" style="color: #000000; font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 13.696px; font-variant-ligatures: normal; orphans: 2; widows: 2;">Good day,</p> <p dir="ltr" style="color: #000000; font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 13.696px; font-variant-ligatures: normal; orphans: 2; widows: 2;">I while back I phoned the customer service department and I have also send a email January 2016 to complain about your debt collectors phoning me about my store card and personal loan. The person I spoke to assured me that these debts was written off and the accounts where closed.</p> <p dir="ltr" style="color: #000000; font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 13.696px; font-variant-ligatures: normal; orphans: 2; widows: 2;">These debts had prescribed and I have my Transunion ITC report as proof that these debts was written off years ago.</p> <p dir="ltr" style="color: #000000; font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 13.696px; font-variant-ligatures: normal; orphans: 2; widows: 2;">Somehow these accounts shows active on my ITC again when in fact they had to be removed. </p> <p dir="ltr" style="color: #000000; font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 13.696px; font-variant-ligatures: normal; orphans: 2; widows: 2;">Please remove these listings from my ITC asap. </p>
