ITC not being updated going onto 2 months

Hi my woolowrths account went into arrears in may and was brought upto date in june. Woolworths said they will only update my ITC for July to say my account is up to date. But it's now Aug and experian has not been updated. I tried to get help from woolworths to update it and experian but no luck. I then had to log a dispute with experian to get this resolved. I am trying to get a home loan for my first house but this is causing a problem. Please can someone in woolworths who deals with ITC help me.
