Issuing of cards.Store or credit cards

I have a woolworths store card and i got a call that i qualify for a credit card. i went last week friday to pick up my card and there was load shedding, i went back on saturday and the lady that is dealing with the card collections was swamped with customers up until the pin pad crashed. This is after two hours of waiting in the queue. i went back again today during my lunch time, the lady was again swamped with customers. My complaint is why is there only one person working in the card collection area in Rosebank? People leave because they are annoyed of the long queue and slow service. This needs to be sorted out as it is ridiculous having to queue for more than 30mins just to collect a card. Can management please look into providing a speedy service for customers.
