Is Woolworths in trouble financially?

I app**** for a card online and was authorized just had to send my documents I was told it would take 3 to 5 days I never heard from them for 21 days then got an sms saying my 2000 vouchers would be on my card as soon as I use it. I telephones HO and they told me my card was waiting for me at Greenstone I went there to collect this ony to be told the machine is out of order they cannot print my card. I then went to Alberton City Financial Services to be told they don't print them as there machine is out of order I must go to the mall down the road. Low and behold they cannot find me on the computer I have not been awarded a card. I emailed and got a reply from Lynne of WFS that I can collect my card from any Woolies branch that has Financial services the fourth time they told me they cannot supply me as my ****en name is on my ID not my married name. Funny thing WFS told me on email I must just take my marriage certificate with me. They said it's against the law at the branch. I emailed WFS again and after 24 emails and 5 different replies was finally told to go to Three Rivers they will give me a temporary card as my card is in the POST AND WILL TAKE 6 WEEKS TO BE DELIVERED. is WFS so cheap they cannot use a courier? What does this say about them 4 branches have problems with their machines?? Today I go to Three Rivers only to be told they cannot find my account it is not authorized after being told by Lynne it's in the post what can I say.?? Incompetence computers not picking up a card to give me a temporary card printers broken and making up a story that it's against the law to have my ****en name on my ID. It's the number that is what is needed or the name. Seems they do not train their staff. When I opened my other 2 accounts I never had this problem
