Is Woollies making use of a deep dark whole to dump the mails into?

I placed an order 11/12 for a parcel to be delivered in Gauteng. I changed the address and for some odd reason the system did not change the province and postal code, it was greyed out. As soon as I received the notice that my order has been received I got in touch with Woollies to notify them about the correct province and postal code. It is now 10 days later and nobody responded as yet and I see "delivery failed". They should not give you the option to sent them a message if they do not even respond to that in 10 days.
