Is tis the Woolworths difference?

I had to call to let them know that my order was not delivered as I was expecting on 10 December 2020. Placed the order on 28 November 2020, a dress ordered for a wedding on Monday 14 December 2020. The telesales consultant quite flippantly said - Did you not get an sms? No I say. To which I am told that there is no longer stock and my money will be refunded. Is this the Woolworths difference?
