Is the quality of Woolworths products falling?

I have always shopped at Woolworths and I was always assured of good quality. It was never doubted. Just recently I had a bad experience with milk I bought from Woolworths at the Engen Garage on Republic Road in Randburg . I returned it and was given another bottle, that was better , but not on the standard it has always been. I went to Umhlanga Rocks a few weeks ago and bought milk at Woolworths. It was terrible. Now I buy milk only from the Spar. Yesterday I shopped at the Woolworths at the Engen garage in Randburg. I bought my favourite chocolate pudding. I got home to find it runny and the layers all mixed up. It was replaced and the shop assistant told me that they have had quite a few items returned to the store lately. So is it true then... Woolworths is not Woolworths anymore, their products are no longer of good quality? I never thought I would see the day that Woolworths products have to be returned.
