Is the product that I want also available in stores or not?

I'm browsing in your web site to on-line purchase https://www.woolworths.co.za/prod/_/A-***?colourSKUId=***. When I first entered the page the Grey colour and size 36/79 showed as available but when I added to cart, that disappeared and all colours and size showed as unavailable thereafter. So I clicked on "Search in-store availability" but no action/response. What does that mean? Product totally unavailable or the View button is not working? If the latter, doesn't help that your CEO Amanda Bardwell posts in an update at https://www.woolworths.com.au/shop/articles/product-availability-update that I can click on that button to check, does it? I'm wanting to find out if the item is in stock at Eastgate or other stores within a reasonable distance of my location, Primrose 1401 Germiston. Thank you
