IRRETATED FRUSTRATED

normally buy my groceries online from woollies they take payment out of my account immediately and deliver, no problem. The 23/01/2018 they took R 666.76 from my bank account but i did not place an order, phoned them response is got no their mistake they owe me the money back now since then i have been shunt around bul**** **** to and no service received. they still have my money i don't know which agent to believe anymore, but i tell you one thing i will never use woolworths again and i am going to share this information with all my friends and co workers. This is ******* they cant just take money and then blame it ohhh its the banks fault. ****IT WOOLWORTHS YOU TOOK THE MONEY GIVE IT BAC**** I AM SO FRUSTRATATED
