iPhone ****** atterbury boulevard

I am writing this complaint because I was pickpocketed at your store in Atterbury Boulevard at 12:45 today.

A woman bumped into me twice in the frozen meal aisle and stole my iPhone 12 Pro. When I complained to your store manager he insisted the phone was lost, even though my car was not picking the phone’s Bluetooth up and it picks it up within a one km radius. This man still made me walk around the store like I was losing my mind, and only once I was leaving had the cheek to tell me oh they had another theft there last week.

There is a syndicate running in your stores. This store manager wasted my time, while my iPhone was trotting off down the road (I know because I tracked it). He then told me footage was too hard to find because of the camera angles.

This has solidified my decision to not use your store again. Clearly crime is happening there regularly and your manager seems to be very aware of it
