INTEREST/FEES CHARGED ON MONEY NOT USED

Pathetic service from the loans department.

This has gone in circles for more than two weeks, money, time and emails wasted with nothing resolved.

After not using a cent of the money that was transferred, called the very next day when I saw a withdrawal was done by me "accidentally " and transferred back into your account, was promised by numerous people that the fees/interest will be reversed, calls made with having to explain my story over and over again calls that are cut off but no one had the decency to call me back and I have all their names. I was debited from my bank account, so do know I am even more disappointed and irate about this whole situation.
