Integrity of Woolworths online shopping??

I am very dissatisfied with the total lack of integrity of online shopping at Woolworths. I took up the 20% discount on perfume sale on the 5th February 2021. Received confirmation of my order for delivery the 10th or 11th February. I have not received my order. I have sent two emails dated 12th and 14th February and have still had no response to my mails nor my missing order.
