Insurance Claim

Poor Service, waste of time.

I have logged a call with them on the 29Oct 2020, which the matter is still not resolved yet. Every time I call them, am told they will get back to me after 5 days. Same thing if I send an email, no response. Provided them with all the details that they required from me. What should one do now? They are really a waste of time.
