Insurance charged for closed account

I closed my account with Woolworths years ago, but they still charge me account insurance. I realized this last year when I checked my credit report for the first time. I immediately paid the R46.50, not knowing that they were wrongly charging me for an account that was closed long ago. I've been calling Woolworth finacial services every month for a year now, for them to clear my name, no action, they keep telling me the story that I should give them 2-5 days for them to clear my name, it has been a year. It's ridiculous 😒 🙄
