Insurance?!

Hi every month when I pay my WW account I notice you charge me more than I have spent. After phoning your help line today I was told I've been paying for 'insurance' since 2010. What insurance? When / where did I sign up / give permission for you to 'insure' me? We are struggling to make a living in this governed-to-**** country and I have been ****med by WW and pay for something I didn't even know existed? Pls remove me from your 'insured' client list and reimburse me the 'premiums' I have been unwittingly paying you since 2010.
