insulted by a Woolworths Manager

My mother was insulted by a woolworths ladies wear manager named Doc Morris at Woolworths Vincent park today, the manager said to \hell with us\" and we can call whoever we like they can't do anything to him (as we said we will report him), this incident was emotionally hurtfull to my mother and was a public embarrassment as I could hear the incident whilst I was in sheet street outside woolworths, I said to this \"manager\" that I will take a photo and he said \"I must not \", however I took the photo despite him saying this, this is a disgrace of corporate company which is supposed to have respect for its customers, we regulary shop at woolwoths and this is how we are treated, we are going to take this incident further if nothing is done .
