Insensitive Retailer and Attorneys
My daughter and her husband passed away in a car accident in earlier this year. I submitted her death certificate to Woolworths in Alberton. They handed my daughter's account over to very insensitive attorneys Bham and Dahya. They have been harassing me for the past months for bills I'm not liable for. Requesting payment even offering a 20pct discount if I pay by a certain date . Today Margaret from the Attorneys insensitively phoned me and asked to speak to my daughter knowing she has passed away. When I asked her about it she answered yes she knows:( They still looking for affidavits and letters from the court. As a working grandmother who now has to care for the 2 children left behind after an horrific ordeal, Woolworths and B and D Attorneys are still harassing me. After all these months we are still reeling from the pain and suffering and these people won't give us peace to mourn and grieve our loved ones. Really. All the other retailers have accepted their death certificates but Woolworths and B and D Attorneys are relentless in their pursuits.
