Insect, Service, Feedback & Promises

On 15 Jan I bought a Rosa salad for 2 from the Woolies at Stellenbosch Square. After a couple of bites with the fork half way to my mouth one of my leaves started to move - a nasty black insect sitting very comfy in bed of lettuce. I immediately drove back to the Woolies and at first received a couple of looks of \Oh really?"and then after a while"
