INNOCENTIA MADE ME FALL INLOVE WITH WOOLWORTHS CARLTON CENTRE.

i didn't think id ever like going to the Carlton center Woolworths as much i do now, on numerous occasion that i have been there i always look for a service consultant named Innocentia. i have never came across someone that's so passionate about a customer and delivering an amazing customer service experience.

this service consultant is the same everyday, friendly and always eager to assist. most of the times i am there looking for whatever, even if its not on the floor, innocentia goes to the stock room to look through boxes and get me whatever i need in my preferred size. i never leave the Woolworths Carlton center without any of the things I've gone there to buy, whether I'm in a hurry and i cant wait, if innocentia says she will call me or call another store to find something for me or she says i must come back for something, i know she will do it cause she always keeps to her word and one thing about her she will go the extra mile for a customer.

i wish there were more people like this young lady in customer service, i wish for her to grow so much in her career that she get to run customer service training across all Woolworths stores cause there's no one I have ever come across that does what she does, so effortlessly and passionately. she is definitely every customers dream experience maker.

I hope the Woolworths umbrella can really come down and give her her flowers cause if it wasn't for this young lady i wouldn't be making so many trips to a Woolworths store cause she really knows how to cater an amazing customer service to a customer.
