INJURY SUSTAINED IN WOOLWORTHS

In February I fell in Woolworths Meadowridge. I hurt my back and received physiotherapy for it. I sent the modest claim to Woolworths head office. Despite the evidence they have on their security camera of me slipping on a piece of fruit, my claim is not valid as I did not consult a doctor first before seeing a physiothe******. It would be ********* of me to now approach my GP even though he has been prescribing anti-inflammatories for my chronic back pain following surgery in 2010.
