Inferior products

I bought two pairs of Capri's beige and navy, one in Woolworths Kollonade and the navy pair in Woolworths Centurion since Kollonade did not have my size in stock. I requested that one is ordered from Centurion and that I please need it on Friday the 11th of September (I was there on Sunday the 6th of September) until today I have not received a call as I was promised. But this is besides my actual complaint. <br> <br> I normally read the wash care instructions very carefully in order to look after my clothes to the best of my ability especially when I pay R350 per pair. I have an average income and to pay R700 for two pairs of Capris are not in my normal budget. Since I trust Woolworths to have quality I have paid this, only to wash the navy pair once and to see that the embellishments (small diamante on the pockets are almost 40 % removed after one wash. I find this ridiculous and I will definitely think twice before entering a Woolworths store again and will also make sure that everyone I know are aware of the terrible quality you pay so much for.<br> <br> I would not like to return the items since I struggle to get something that are my taste and fits well and also have limited time.
