Inferior disappointing Secunda Woolworths

Waited a very long time for a trolley with other customers at groceries dept. Couldn't refund goods to my FNB debit card. Only one cashier for a long line of customers at groceries dept. Employees chatting in groups. Floor manager texting on his cellphone while a lot of people wait for service. Only free range chicken available. No other choice. Never answer the landline telephone to complain. Shelves often empty.
