Inept and unprofessional WOOLWORTHS FINANCIAL SERVICES

Even though I have paid my account they still listed my account as default (Weird because I'm still using my account).

What erks me the most is that I told them numerous times that my account is listed as default they denied it. I sent them screenshots of my ClearScore credit report which they brushed off and said is inaccurate and told me that the real record is on Trans Union.

I just paid for TransUnion to get my report and guess what...... Im listed as being in default...
