Ineffective and ineffecient services.

Have not received my credit card statements since March 2019. However have attempted to view transactions on the application which restricted. Was prompted to view statements they require atm pin which is the same pin when one purchases at the store. However the application refuses the pin and the automated sms pin. My pin is now ????. Thank you for the continued inconvenience. Kindly reaolve thos matter with immediate effect by sending my statements not received to date as i have emailed and called in to no avail. Donot require additional credit thank you. Need my statements monthly emailed kindly and the application to work.
