Ineffeciency

Have exchanged a pair of shoes Ms Leeato Matabane retained my original purchase receipt which has 8 other items. They lack training and experience as they have not given me my original receipt. Thank you for the inconvenience please equip your staff to make copies as when we need to return other items you have now taken my original receipt and please donot give me beef.
