Incorrectly supercharged and being ignored

I have been waiting since the 01 st of February for my refund after the manager called me and told me he has logged a call for my refund. I called again on the 7th, am now being sent from pillar to post. I have to explain myself everyday nobody is willing to assist me. Am very disappointed in a manner am being treated as a customer.
