Incorrectly charged on my CC (i.e. Woolies Stole my Money!)

In August I ordered clothes from WW Online Website. Realising I made a mistake I cancelled the order (A facility available on their website).

Despite being phoned by the Call Centre to confirm that they will NOT charge me for the order, they still did.

A query on their Website, a email to the email provided and a call to their Call Centre I am still out of pocket with R2,397. This despite 2 people telling my: I won't be charged, I will be refunded.

I am still waiting for WW to refund me the cash that the STOLE from me (Jip - ******. Money taking from my account without getting anything in return!)
